Return of faulty GoodsIf a product is faulty the designerbox.co.uk will happily except the return. Return of non-faulty goodsAt the designerbox.co.uk, we are determined to go to every length to ensure that you are a happy customer. If however the event arises that you wish to cancel your order, then you may do so in accordance with the provisions below. You have the right to cancel your order with us within seven days of receipt of the goods, under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We cannot however accept returns if:
In addition to the returns proces below, you will also need to send written notice and return the products purchased by you to the designerbox.co.uk. There is a form provided with your online invoice for this purpose, which we encourage you to print off. Please note: If the product does not fulfill the criteria above then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the product back to you, and you will have to incur the additional cost of the delivery to yourself. Return processFirstly please contact the designerbox.co.uk customer services department on: 0870 1221 007, with your order reference number ready. One of our Customer Services Representatives will then talk you through the returns procedure. Please do not send your products back to the designerbox.co.uk without speaking to a member of our customer services team first. We will need to give you a returns number and, in certain circumstances, we may ask you to return the product to a different location. Please note we do advise a certificate of postage to be obtained as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is only when receive the item in its original state that the designerbox.co.uk will refund the necessary purchase price for the item.
